Welcome to Just Friends Hastings
Just Friends is a welcoming community for people who live on their own. Whether you’re looking to meet new people, enjoy friendly conversation or become part of a supportive local community, we’d love to welcome you.
Many of our members came along on their own for the first time. There is no pressure, just a relaxed and friendly atmosphere where friendships can grow naturally.
Our social meetings take place on the first and third Thursday of each month, from 11:00am to 1:00pm at His Place, Robertson Street, Hastings, TN34 1HL. PLEASE NOTE OUR NEW MEETING TIME IS 11AM.
Entry to our social meetings is £1.50, which includes tea, coffee, biscuits and entry into our three prize raffle.
On the second Thursday, members meet for a free informal get together, usually somewhere along the seafront or in Hastings town centre. You’re welcome to join us for a coffee, a chat or a relaxed stroll. If you choose to buy a drink, you’ll simply pay for your own refreshments.
On the fourth Thursday, members meet for our monthly lunch at a local venue, where everyone simply pays for their own meal.
There is no membership fee to join Just Friends. If it’s your first visit, you’re very welcome to come along to one of our social meetings to see whether it’s right for you.
