Stop Press – Message from the Chairman.

Now we are nearly through the second lockdown, it may be that along with many others you are beginning to feel the effects of being on your own and isolated.

 We emerge from this on December 2nd. so why not look at our local activity pages for some ideas for your diary and contact one of our members for a chat.

In the meantime, stay safe, keep socially distanced, and do reach out to ‘Just Friends’ we are only a phone call away.

Halloween lunch at Eastbourne

At the Halloween lunch in Eastbourne dress was optional but some made a first class effort.

In 2018 Frederick’s wife passed to a higher life and he decided to start a group to help combat the effects of loneliness. Membership in Eastbourne grew quickly with demands for branches in Bexhill  Hailsham & Seaford

Frederick’s mottoes are ”farewell to loneliness” and
